Cancellation & Refunds
Last updated 21 October 2026
This page explains when you can cancel, what happens to your money, and how long it takes. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
Your cancellation window
You may cancel and ask for a refund within 7 days of making a payment, provided you have not already attended a live session or accessed the programme material for the stage you paid for.
Once you have attended a session or opened the material for a stage, that stage has been delivered and is no longer refundable. This is stated plainly so there is no surprise later.
How to cancel
Email founderscircle@lbdcentre.com with the subject Cancellation and refund request, from the email address you registered with.
Tell us your full name, your registered mobile number, and which payment you are cancelling.
We only accept requests from your registered email address — that is how we confirm the request is really from you.
How long it takes
- We acknowledge your request within 3 working days.
- If approved, we process the refund within 10 working days.
- Your bank or card issuer then takes its own time to show the money — usually a further 5 to 7 working days. That part is outside our control.
Where the money goes
Refunds are always returned to the original payment method — the same card, account or UPI ID you paid from. We cannot redirect a refund to a different account, and we do not refund in cash.
What is not refundable
- Any stage you have already attended or accessed.
- Requests made after the 7-day window has closed.
- Travel, accommodation or other costs you incur to attend an offline session. We never collect those, so we cannot return them.
- A place ended because of a breach of our Terms — for example sharing your access or the programme material.
If we cancel
If we cancel a session, we will reschedule it and tell you the new date. If we cancel a part of the programme altogether and cannot deliver it, we will refund what you paid for that part in full, whether or not the window above has closed.
Failed and duplicate payments
If money leaves your account but the payment shows as failed, it is normally reversed automatically by your bank within 5 to 7 working days. If it is not, write to us with the date, amount and your bank reference and we will trace it with Razorpay.
If you are charged twice for the same stage, tell us and we will refund the duplicate in full. The cancellation window does not apply to duplicates — that is our error, not a cancellation.
If you disagree with a decision
Write to us and say so. Complaints are handled through the process on our Contact page, which names the person responsible and the timescale we work to.
