Privacy Policy

When you apply. Your name, email address, mobile number, and — if you provide them — your city and the programme you are interested in.

When you are a member. Your progress through the programme: which sessions you have registered for, which you have completed, and which payments have been recorded against your place.

When you sign in. You sign in with your registered email address and a password you set yourself. Your password is stored only as a salted bcrypt hash by our sign-in provider (Supabase), so we cannot see or read it. When you set or reset it, we send a one-time code to your registered email address to confirm it is you.

Your profile picture. Only if you add one: we keep it, cut to a 512 × 512 square, to show on your Founder Council. When you change or remove it, we delete the old picture; a copy held by our delivery network can remain for up to an hour.

We do not collect payment card details. Card and banking information is entered directly with our payment provider and never reaches our systems — we only record that a payment succeeded, and for how much.

To run the programme you have joined: to confirm your place, to send you class dates and joining links, to record what you have completed and paid, and to answer you when you contact us.

We use your mobile number to send you WhatsApp messages about your own programme — confirmations, reminders and joining links. These are service messages about something you signed up for, not marketing.

We use a small number of established service providers to run the platform. They process your information on our instructions and for no other purpose:

• Supabase — the database that stores member records, the sign-in service that keeps your password (as a hash only), and the store for your profile picture if you add one.
• Vercel and Railway — hosting for this website and our application server.
• Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform) — delivery of the WhatsApp messages we send you.
• Razorpay — payment processing.
• Google — delivery of the emails we send you, including the code that sets or resets your password.
• Zoom — the live online sessions.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s advertising.

We keep member and payment records for as long as you are part of the programme, and afterwards for as long as we are required to for accounting and legal reasons. If you applied but never joined, you can ask us to delete your application at any time.

Member records are held in a database that is locked to our servers — the site’s public keys cannot read them. Everything travels over an encrypted connection. Access to member data is limited to the people who run the programme.

No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise. If a breach affects your information, we will tell you.

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can ask us to stop sending you WhatsApp messages — either by replying STOP to any message, or by writing to us. Stopping messages may mean we can no longer send you joining links for your sessions.

Write to us at the address below and we will act on your request.

To have your personal information deleted, email founderscircle@lbdcentre.com with the subject Data deletion request, from the email address you registered with. Tell us your name and registered mobile number so we can find your record.

We will confirm within 7 working days and complete the deletion within 30 days. That removes your member record, your programme progress and your contact details, and stops all WhatsApp and email messages to you.

Two things we cannot delete, and you should know why: records of payments you have made, which we are required to keep for accounting and tax purposes, and messages already delivered to your phone, which are on your device and WhatsApp’s systems rather than ours.

The Founders Circle is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be told to you directly.
