Life By Design, trading as Life By Design Academy, is a coaching and training business based in Chennai, India. Our full registered details and how to reach us are on the Contact page.

The Founders Circle is invite-only and is for adults aged 18 or over. There is no public sign-up. You may take part only if we have registered you against the email address and mobile number you gave us.

Your place is personal to you. You may not share, transfer or resell it, and you may not share your sign-in access with anyone else.

You sign in with your registered email address and a password you choose yourself. The first time, and whenever you forget it, we email a one-time code to your registered address; after entering it you set a new password. Keep your password to yourself. Anyone with access to your mailbox could reset it, so please keep that mailbox secure too, and tell us immediately if you think someone else has access.

The programme is paid for in stages. The amount due at each stage, and what it covers, is shown to you on this website before you pay. That displayed amount is the price — we do not add charges afterwards.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card and banking details are entered directly with Razorpay and never reach our systems; we record only that a payment succeeded and for how much.

Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless we say otherwise at the point of payment.

A stage of the programme unlocks once we have recorded your payment for it. If a payment succeeds but your access does not open, write to us and we will correct it.

Live online sessions delivered over Zoom, any offline session described in your programme schedule, the written and recorded material we make available to you, and access to this platform for the duration of your programme.

Session dates and timings are published on this website. We may move a session where we have to. If we do, we will tell you in advance by email or WhatsApp, and you keep your place.

We do not guarantee any income, earnings, business result or return on your payment. Any figures shown on this website — including partner earnings, commissions or referral amounts — are illustrations of how the programme is structured. They are not a forecast, a promise, or a typical result.

What you get out of the programme depends on your own effort, circumstances, market conditions and decisions. We provide training and a structure; we do not provide guaranteed outcomes.

Nothing in the programme is financial, investment, legal, tax or medical advice. Take professional advice before acting on anything you learn with us.

When you register, you agree to receive service messages about your own programme — confirmations, session dates, joining links, payment receipts and reminders — by email and on WhatsApp, at the address and number you registered with.

These are messages about something you signed up for, not marketing. You can stop WhatsApp messages by replying STOP to any of them, but doing so may mean we can no longer send you your joining links.

Please treat the coaches, the staff and the other members with respect. We may suspend or end your place, without refund, if you harass or abuse anyone, share the material or your access with people who have not paid, record or republish sessions without our written permission, or misrepresent yourself as speaking for us.

The programme content, recordings, workbooks, the Life By Design and Founders Circle names and this website belong to us. You may use them for your own learning. You may not copy, resell, publish or teach them to others without our written permission.

You may cancel within 7 days of a payment, subject to the conditions set out in full on the Cancellation & Refunds page, which forms part of these terms.

How we handle your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

If we fail to deliver a session or a part of the programme you have paid for, we will either deliver it at another time or refund the part you did not receive. That is the remedy we offer.

Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have actually paid us for the programme. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business or indirect losses.

Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

We are not responsible for failures caused by events outside our reasonable control — including internet or platform outages, power failures, government restrictions, or natural events. If one happens, we will reschedule what we can.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you directly. Continuing in the programme after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

Before going to court, please write to us first — most problems are faster to fix directly.
